Eternal Sparks is the coaching practice of Kenneth Charles Baga, operating from Australia, with the public website at eternalsparks.com.au. You can write to enquiries@eternalsparks.com.au about this notice.

This website

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, the server keeps ordinary logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and the pages requested).

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive the technical data that comes with any request to their servers. You can read Google’s documentation for that service if you want detail.

Analytics

The site uses Opinly analytics. A script loaded from static.opinly.ai records page views, clicks, and form-submission events, so the practice can see which pages are useful and which forms people use. When you submit a form on this site (the free guide, the contact form, or the Private Coaching form), the email address you enter is linked to that analytics activity.

Forms on this site

The free guide. When you request The Jealousy Cure, your name (if you give one) and your email address are stored in a private file on the website’s server, together with the time and your IP address, and Kenneth is sent an email letting him know. That file is not publicly accessible.

The contact and Private Coaching forms. What you write in these forms is emailed to Kenneth at enquiries@eternalsparks.com.au, and a copy is stored in a private file on the website’s server, together with the time and your IP address, so that nothing gets lost. For the contact form that is your names, email address and message. For the Private Coaching form it is your names, email address, city or time zone, who is coming, your preferred format and timing, what you are sitting with, and the date and time you requested. A one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address is also used to limit repeated submissions. If a form cannot send, it opens a draft in your own email app instead, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

Payments and books

Course payments (such as Module 1) are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout pages, so your card details go to Stripe rather than to this website. Books are sold through Amazon, which handles those purchases. Stripe and Amazon each look after the information you give them under their own privacy policies.

Email you send

If you email the practice or use a form on this site, the contents of that message — names, addresses, and whatever you choose to share about your relationship — are used to respond to you and, if we work together, to provide coaching. They are not sold, and they are not used for advertising lists.

Email is not a sealed envelope. Please do not send information you would not want travelling over ordinary internet mail. If we work together we can talk about more careful channels for session notes.

Coaching records

Notes from sessions, if kept, exist to support the work and to remember what you asked to return to. They are not clinical records. They are not shared with third parties except where Australian law requires it, or where you ask in writing for a copy to be sent somewhere.

Your requests

You can ask what personal information the practice holds about you — including free-guide sign-ups, form submissions, and emails — and you can ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing enquiries@eternalsparks.com.au. Some information may need to be kept for a period if the law requires it (for example, invoices).

This notice may be updated when the site or the practice changes how it handles information. The version on this page is the current one.
